About 8th Sheppey Scout Group

The group has three active sections catering for children and young adults 6 -14 years of age, and is becoming more active in the community as we grow.

All three sections are actively encouraged to think about the environment and recycling to reduce waste and pollution.

To help us with running costs we recycle inkjet printer cartridges, laser printer toner cartridges and aluminum drinks cans (no steel cans please). if you would like information on this please contact the group via email info@8thsheppeyscouts.org.uk  and we will let you know how you could help us and the environment.

Safety of the children while in our care both at a normal meeting or out and about during an event or activity is our primary concern, closely followed by fun and learning.

The Scout Association has a policy called Young People First which outlines a basic code of conduct known as the yellow card which all leaders and helpers work to, for more information on this click either the link above or the link on the left hand menu.
